Camden's 8th Birthday Celebration

WE SURVIVED!!!!! Camden is officially 8 years old. We had 11 boys over for the night Friday. We had a blast creating electricity with lemons, copper wires, penny and nickel. Most everyone felt the zap on the tongue, but a few did not. So we stuffed their mouths with icecream cake instead. Then we had a movie, Flushed Away and finally fell asleep around 11pm. Up again around 6am and excited about the ice cream sundaes for breakfast.

(Be sure to click on "Older Posts" to view more pics of Camden's party.)

Don't worry.....be happy now.

Camden injured his ankle at recess today, but as you will see, he does not let that ankle hold him back from celebrating his birthday with his friends.

Blue Man Concert

We went and saw BLUE MAN GROUP when they came to town. After the show we went up close to the stage as they were tearing it down. One of the perks of Papa doing concert set ups. The boys were given a guitar pick from one of the local crew as a souvenir. They had a blast.

Sharing is fun and educational

Camden found this fascinating rock while out exploring. He researched information about this rock. took the picture and shared it with his classmates. The teacher was so impressed with all his work to find out about this rock that Camden's report and rock are on display in the library.
